Having worked across ICB's Chattogram branch, Head Office, and now as Branch Manager at the Rajshahi Branch, I've seen this operational side from multiple angles. That progression has shaped a practical understanding of how capital market operations should run: efficiently, transparently, and without shortcuts.
My role today is to make sure that operational discipline holds at the branch level — so that what clients experience is a smooth, dependable process from start to finish.
